For best results we recommend charging the battery to 100%.

Go to your App store (Android or Apple), and search for “Smart BMS”. It’s made by DALY BMS

I have more than one battery in parallel but there's a difference in SOC reading between them?

It is normal to get different SOC readings when you have batteries in parallel at the next full charge to 14.1v or higher it will reset to 100% again.
